PREAMBLE FOR THE CHARTER OF CLUB TEAMPIG

Teampig is a private social group of men who participate in gay/bi men lifestyle and identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community

MEETING SCHEDULE

meetings will be held 5 times a year at the Teampig headquarters

RULES OF ORDER

All meetings will operate under the rule of the elected Leader or Deputy-Leader in the Leader's absence

The charter may be amended as per the requirement of the officers for a vote without notification to (any) members

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

  • You must be 21 years of age and older to become a member
  • All new members must identify as a gay man part of the LGBTQ+ community
  • Members must abide by and agree to the Teampig ByLaws and Charter
  • All new members or guests wishing to become members must provide valid photo identification ,e-mail address , phone number and be sponsored by existing member, staff or officer
  • Prospective members must be approved by officers prior to entrance to any meeting , event or gathering
  • Any violation of Club Teampig bylaws will result in expulsion , banishment and membership revoked  by officers
  • Membership dues are current and paid in full and may be collected at time of registering for events, meetings and gatherings through the Teampig website

GENERAL BYLAWS

  • You must be 21 years of age and older to become a member with proof from a valid government issued photo ID
  • All events, meeting and gatherings are not open to the public and will be held at private non public locations and only members with current active memberships may attend
  • All events, meeting and gatherings will not be advertised publicly, they are only intended for members.
  • Only club members who have joined our mailing list will receive periodic emails for meetings, events, gatherings and club communication and voting
  • All members must respect other members, our volunteers and staff, the neighbors and neighborhood and the private premises where events and gatherings are held
  • All new members or guests wishing to become members must sign up at our website and provide a Full name matching a valid photo identification , valid e-mail address , phone number and sponsorship by an existing member, staff or officer and be approved by officers only
  • Members understand that participants are acting as consenting adults in a private situation, conforming to the rules and guidelines at meetings, gatherings and events.
  • Members understand we are a social club however their may be full nudity , sexual acts and other erotic acts between consenting adults at Teampig private gatherings and events.
  • Members attend meetings, gatherings and events of their own free will and for their own personal interest and enjoyment and can leave at any time
  • Members do hereby release and discharge from any and all liability, Teampig LLC, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associates, convention staff, and hotel/venue owners, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associates, owners, and corporation for any and all claims and demands arising from the participant’s involvement in Teampig LLC events, gatherings or meetings,  including claims for damages, costs, medical expenses, legal fees, expenses relating to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
  • Members are not acting in the capacity of, as a member of , or under the direction of any law enforcement agency
  • Members are not acting in the capacity of, as a member of , or under the direction of any political party, religious organization, media agency or news organization and will not publish or submit any kind of publication, information, writings, photos or recordings of any meeting , gathering or event.
  • Teampig LLC, officers and staff have Zero-tolerance policy against drugs, violence , prostitution, public displays of intoxication or urinating or defecating in public outside of venues .
  • No photography or recording is permitted. This includes cell phones with cameras of any kind.
  • All members must respect the privacy of others. No violence or rude conduct toward other members. Members will not commit no acts with, nor towards any attendee at any club meeting, gathering or event without negotiating their prior consent to it, and will conduct themselves with respect towards attendees and the premises at all times.
  • Members behaving in manner deemed poor behavior by officers will be banned from the club and membership revoked with no refund.
  • Member using the Teampig website, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
